The Iskra Mini, at only 33x20 mm, is a full Arduino platform. If size matters (which it does), Iskra Mini is the right choice for you.

The Iskra Mini comes with connections in the form of simple tinned holes. You can solder wires to pin headers or other connectors to communicate with the board.

For more accessibility, with a slightly larger size, try this Iskra Mini. It has pre-attached pin headers to make your connections easier.

The board is based on the ATmega328 microcontroller, the same as the popular Arduino Uno.

Connection and Hardware

Iskra Mini is programmed in the Arduino IDE. Please note that the board does not have a USB port, it requires an adapter. If this is an issue, consider using a:

Power Supply

The Iskra Mini takes 5 volts. We have also installed a voltage regulator, such that it is possible to apply any external voltage from 5.3 to 9 volts. The regulator produces up to 150 mA of current, which makes it very convenient to use with batteries and capacitors.

To supply the board with 5 volts, you may use any +5V pin. For any other external voltage, use the VIN pin.
