This WiFi Slot Expander will add ten additional universal pins to your control board. Use them in digital or analog mode, as inputs or outputs.
The expansion board is built on a 32-bit STM32F030F4P6 microcontroller with an ARM Cortex M0 computing core. The processor receives commands from the control board and redirects them to the virtual I/O ports.
A 12-bit ADC and 16-bit PWM are provided for working with analog modules.
The Slot Expander communicates with the control board via the I²C interface. The address, default 0x2A, can be changed directly in the sketch. Therefore, in one project, you can assemble up to 126 expansion boards. When connecting to a WiFi Adapter, use the Slot Connector.
The I²C pins and module power supplies are designed to operate with a voltage between 3.3 to 5 V. This means that the module is compatible with all microcontrollers.
